We are family-owned business out of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our team brings a unique background to the world of payments. Our founders have over 40 years of business experience in the corporate setting from both Operations and Sales. We’ve had the honor of working with some of the best companies around the globe – gaining experience in leadership, culture building, best in class processes and most importantly understanding how to keep the "customer as your prime focus".
Our History
Prior to starting in the corporate setting, we owned several small businesses including Planet Smoothies as well as a Bar/Restaurant. This was our first exposure to the credit card industry and it’s proven to be a foundation of how we want to build our business so we can serve our clients in a true consultative fashion. We saw firsthand the lack of customer service and customer success; we experienced down time and really never even knew who our representative was. We by no means think this is every merchant service business, but in speaking to many business owners prior to launching our business – there was still themes consistent with what we experienced.
Our Mission
Our mission is to put the customer back as the central focus regarding payments and the technology that will power their business. Small businesses account of 44% of the US economy (2022), but most of the time seem to be left behind or craving for better service and innovation.
